These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and baji35 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the baji35 website, mobile interface, games, betting services, and any related features or functionality.

By creating a baji35 account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the baji35 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.

• 1.3 One Account Per Player

  Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active baji35 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, baji35 will close all but the original account and may void any winnings or bonuses credited to the additional accounts.

• 1.4 Geographic Eligibility

  baji35 is operated for players in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to your specific circumstances. baji35 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its intended market.

2. Account Responsibilities

• 2.1 Login Credentials

  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baji35 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. baji35 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. • 2.2 Account Activity

  You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your baji35 account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. baji35 is entitled to treat any instruction received through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us in writing that your account security has been compromised.

• 2.3 Account Verification

  baji35 may at any time request that you provide documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, or the source of funds used for deposits. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to supply requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

• 2.4 Account Closure by Player

  You may request the closure of your baji35 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding disputes exist. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Maximum transaction limits may also apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. baji35 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

• 3.3 Withdrawal Processing

  Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. baji35 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time.

• 3.4 Player Funds

  All funds deposited by players are held in designated accounts and are used solely for the purpose of settling player bets and withdrawals. baji35 does not use player funds for operational expenses. You acknowledge that deposited funds do not earn interest and that baji35 is not a financial institution regulated under Bangladeshi banking law.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

• 4.1 Bonus Eligibility

  Promotional bonuses and free bets offered by baji35 are subject to individual bonus terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games or markets, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered. General eligibility requires that you hold a single, verified baji35 account and have made at least one qualifying deposit.

• 4.2 Wagering Requirements

Where bonus abuse is identified, baji35 reserves the right to void the bonus, void related winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

• 4.4 Promotion Changes

  baji35 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion and met the qualifying conditions prior to any change will not be adversely affected by that change in respect of the already-qualifying activity.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

• 5.1 Bet Acceptance

  All bets placed on baji35 are subject to acceptance by the platform. baji35 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: the bet was placed on an event where the outcome was already known; the odds displayed were subject to a manifest error; or the bet is suspected to have been placed using information not available to the general public.

• 5.2 Manifest Errors

  In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a system error or human error (a "manifest error"), baji35 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player. A manifest error includes, without limitation, odds that are significantly out of line with the market rate for that event at the time of bet placement.

• 5.3 Casino Games

  All casino games on baji35 — including slots, live table games, crash games, and instant-win titles — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operations sourced from licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the respective game provider. baji35 does not manipulate or adjust RTP values.

• 5.4 Disconnections

  In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, sports bet, or crash game session, baji35 will resolve the outcome based on the game server records at the time the disconnection occurred. Where a game round was in progress and the outcome is deterministic, the result will stand. Where the server record is incomplete or ambiguous, the bet stake will be returned to your account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baji35 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• 6.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation

  Using false identity documents, providing inaccurate personal information, or impersonating another individual during registration or verification processes.

• 6.2 Collusion and Match Fixing

  Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to fix the outcome of any game, match, or event on which bets are placed on the baji35 platform.

• 6.3 Automated Betting Tools

  Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. All bets must be placed manually by the registered account holder.

• 6.4 Money Laundering

  Using the baji35 platform for the purpose of laundering money or financing any unlawful activity. baji35 cooperates fully with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the baji35 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of baji35 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the baji35 platform without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of baji35 intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

• 8.1 Platform Availability

  baji35 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party payment system disruptions, and network issues may temporarily affect access to the platform. baji35 is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.

• 8.2 Gambling Losses

  baji35 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by players in the ordinary course of using the platform. All bets are placed voluntarily by the player. It is the player's sole responsibility to manage their gambling activity, including setting and adhering to personal deposit and loss limits.

• 8.3 Third-Party Services
